By using dairati.com or the Dairati app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

Accounts

A coach account is separate from a member account, and each has its own section in the Dairati app. Coaches and members sign in to the app with an email and password, with a Google account, or with an Apple account on iPhone, and coaches sign in to their dashboard at dairati.com with an email and password, or with a Google account.

The member app is open to everyone: a member uses it on their own, or with a coach whose circle they join through a link the coach sends. An account with no coach (never joined one, left its circle, removed by its coach, whose coach's subscription ended, or whose coach deleted their account) uses the whole app on its own, and its logs stay saved.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.

Age

The service is for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, do not create an account.

Acceptable use

The platform is for running commitment circles and tracking life areas. You may not impersonate anyone, share your password or sign-in link with others, access someone else's account, try to disrupt or break into the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Chat and reporting abuse

The chat between a coach and a member is private to the two of them. Insults, threats, harassment, sexual, violent or unlawful content, and spam are not allowed in it.

To report abuse, a member taps “Report abusive content” in the chat screen. Coaches and members can also email us at support@dairati.com with the circle's name and a description of what happened. We review reports within 24 hours, and we may remove the content and suspend or delete the abusive account. A member can end contact at once by leaving the circle: “Account” → “Account settings” → “Leave the circle”. Their chat with that coach is then deleted. Their account and logs stay saved, but the app stays closed until they join a coach's circle.

Your content and who is responsible for it

What you log stays yours, and you allow us to store and process it only to run the service. Members are responsible for the accuracy of what they log, and for having the right to enter data about the people and family members they add. Coaches are responsible for their circle, for what they write to their members, and for what they edit in the areas their members share with them. Dairati does not guarantee any particular coaching outcome.

Not medical advice and not an emergency service

The life areas are a tracking tool shared by a coach and a member. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and they do not replace a professional. No one watches what you log as it happens. If you are in danger, go to the nearest hospital.

Suspending the service

A member's membership may be frozen from the coach's dashboard, either because their subscription with the coach has ended or by the coach's decision. A coach may also remove a member from their circles, or delete their own coach account; in both cases the member's chats with that coach are deleted, and their account and logs stay saved, but the app stays closed until they join a coach's circle. If your coach's Dairati account is inactive, your data stays and you can browse it and message your coach, but you cannot log anything new until their account is active again. We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time, as described on the account deletion page.

Subscription and payment (for coaches)

The member app is free on our side; any fee a member agrees with their coach is between the two of them. Creating a coach account is free, and it starts with a 7-day free trial for up to 5 members. After the trial, you choose a paid plan in Iraqi dinars (IQD) according to your number of members, at the prices shown on the plans page when you subscribe, paid through FIB, by card or from the FIB app. If your number of members reaches your plan's limit, none of them is removed, but no new members can join until you move to a larger plan. The card number is entered on FIB's page, not on Dairati.

If the trial or your paid plan ends without renewal, your members and their logs stay and their messages still reach you, but you cannot message them or accept new members, and your members cannot log anything new (they only browse what they logged) until you subscribe to a plan.

When you pay by card, you can choose auto-renewal: FIB keeps your card as a token that never passes through Dairati, and charges the same plan, at the price you agreed to, one day before each month ends, which extends your subscription by a month. You can stop auto-renewal at any time under Settings → Subscription and payment; nothing is charged after that, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. If a charge is declined, it is retried a day later, up to three times; renewal then stops and we tell you in your dashboard so you can renew yourself. Payments from the FIB app do not renew automatically.

The coach list: a coach may ask to appear in the “coach list” inside the app. They appear only once Dairati approves, and we may decline the request or stop the listing at any time. For each member who chooses the coach from the list, stays the announced period and logs in it, the coach may owe a one-time fee at the amount shown in the “Coach list” tab of their dashboard when the member joined, paid as described there. A fee unpaid within the announced period stops the coach's listing until it is paid; the coach's members are not affected. We tell coaches before any new fee applies or before its amount goes up.

To ask for a review of a successful payment or for a refund, message us on WhatsApp at +964 750 622 4234; the link is also in the dashboard's settings. We review the request under FIB's and the bank's policy.

Limitation of liability

We provide the service “as is”. We work to keep it running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of faults or downtime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the consequences of lost data or profits, and in every case our liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably when you write to us; if that is not possible, the Iraqi courts have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will announce it in the app and on the website and update the “Last updated” date above. No price higher than the one you agreed to is charged to your card without your consent. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
