Account deletion
You can delete your Dairati account and all its data at any time, without having to install the app again. Deletion is permanent: logs and messages cannot be recovered afterwards.
Members: from the app
- Open the Dairati app (Android or iPhone) and sign in with the same account.
- Open the “Account” tab.
- Under “Account settings”, tap “Delete account”.
- Type the word “delete”, then tap “Delete permanently”.
The account is deleted immediately, and the copy of your data is cleared from your device.
Members: from a browser, without installing the app
- Open app.dairati.com and sign in with the same account (email and password, or Google).
- Follow the same steps: “Account” → “Account settings” → “Delete account” → type “delete” → “Delete permanently”.
Signing in with Apple is available in the iPhone app only; if your account uses Apple, delete it from the app, or by email as described below.
Members or coaches: by email
Send an email to support@dairati.com from the address your account is registered with, and write “Delete my account”. We carry out the request within 30 days and confirm it in our reply. If you cannot write from the account's address (for example an Apple private relay address, or after losing access), give your name and your circle's name; we may ask for proof that the account is yours before deleting it.
What is deleted
Everything linked to your account: all your memberships in every circle, your logs in all life areas, your private thoughts, the people and family members you added, your tasks, your weekly reviews, your chat with your coach, your notification history, your device tokens, crash reports, and the sign-in identity itself. If the same email is also a coach account, the coach account stays until its owner deletes it from their dashboard or from the app.
What stays, and for how long
- Encrypted database backups: they are taken every night and deleted automatically after two weeks, so your data may remain in them for up to two weeks after deletion. They are used only to restore the service after a failure.
- Earlier notifications in your coach's list may carry your name or the start of a message from you: they are deleted 60 days after they were sent.
Coaches: from the dairati.com dashboard
- Sign in at dairati.com/login.
- In “Settings”, open “Data and privacy”. You can first download a copy of your data with the “Export my data” button.
- Click “Delete account”, and type the account's email address to confirm.
Coaches: from the app
- Open the Dairati app (Android or iPhone, or app.dairati.com) and sign in through “I'm a coach” → “Coach sign-in”.
- Open the “Account” tab.
- Under “Account”, tap “Delete account”.
- Type the account's email address to confirm, then tap “Permanently delete my account”.
Either way, you see what will be deleted and what will stay before deletion. Deleting a coach account removes the coach's profile, their circles and the invite links to them, their chats and reminders with members, their library, their settings and their subscription history, as well as the members they added themselves who have no account in the app. Members who have an account in the app are not deleted: they leave the coach's circles and their account and logs stay saved, but the app stays closed to them until they join a coach's circle.
